Performa 6400 and Eudora - can't send mail

I have resurrected my old Performa 6400/200. It's on loan to a lady who wants to email her grandchildren.

All has been fine for a few weeks, but now she can't send mail.

Performa is running System 9.0.4 Eudora is v5.0. Connection is dial-up via a 56k Zoom modem.

Every time she sends mail she gets a failure message: Can't send to abcxyz@zzzyyy.co.uk SMTP server says "553 sorry that domain is not in my list of allowed recipents" (#5.7.1)

Anyone any idea of the cause of this sudden problem, or even better, a solution?
 
I don't think anything is blocked. I have a "backup" e-mail on the same system running from an old G3 laptop and that works fine. But I'll check with the ISP.

smtp settings are the same as mine.
