Permanently enabling "Check Spelling As You Type" in Safari?

I really like the "check spelling as you type" feature in Safari since I spend a lot of time typing into text input boxes (like this one!). Anyone know if there's a way to permanently enable this rather than having to select it each time? For that matter, is there any way to access the OSX Spelling tool and alter preferences, etc?

I want this to say on too!! I can't spell well. ;)

Oops. Found it under Edit menu. Great feature! It'll do wonders for the spelling on this board ;-)

Don't know how to make it permanent though.
 
Man, I can't believe I didn't even notice that feature yet! The spellchecker is one of my favorite features of OmniWeb (and about the only reason I keep it around any more, to be honest).
