Phone dialers that works with MS Word?

Just wondering if there's any software whereby I can right click a number in word or a database, then a menu drops down whereby I can click Dial and the computer dials the number.

Also is there any program that allows one to talk on the phone with the available modem in the Mac Mini? Ad in using the Mini as an actual telephone with a headset hooked up (I realize there is no mic input - I would use a USB mic). Is the modem full duplex?
 
I'd recommend Skype (www.skype.com)for making calls from your mac. Its about $.02 per minute to any phone in the world.

As for direct dialing from Word? I think you just have to right click -> copy and then paste into Skype's dial window.
