photoshop always quits after correct install! help!

hello

i installed my photoshop again after deleting it.
now i have the problem, every time i want to start the program , it quits! imageready is running well!

what is the problem if programs do not start???
 
You'll probably need to uninstall the rest of the old installation somehow. Call Adobe for some of the support you paid for.
 
Have you updated your Photoshop with the latest patch?

I had a problem where Photoshop wouldn't start and was unexpectedly quitting. The problem was that I had these letters on my hard drives name: ä, ö, å.

Adobe had already recognized the problem, and the 7.0.1 update solved the problem...
