I am currently trying to install the TimeTrex (http://www.timetrex.com/) payroll script on my Slot Load Dual G4 Xserve. I needed to install GD library with the gettext extension and PEAR which I did with tutorials from osx.topicdesk.com and http://www.kenior.ch/macintosh/adding-gettext-extension-for-mac-os-x-leopard and http://clickontyler.com/blog/2008/01/how-to-install-pear-in-mac-os-x-leopard/. Everything configured and installed according to the directions so I dont think anything went wrong.
My problem is that i'm in the installation script for timetrex and I need to enable BCMATH, CALENDAR and SOAP and to also disable Magic Quotes GPC. I did some research and looked through the php.ini fil and BCMATH, CALENDAR and SOAP seem to be enable. What is wrong? I am using the default php.ini shipped with 10.5. The only things added were "extension=gd.so, extension=gettext.so and include_path=".:/usr/local./PEAR"
