Picture attached to be seen in email

I tried to send an image (jpg) attached/and dragged.. to my email, willing that the picture would be seen when the email is opened. It works from mac to mac... but not on a Pc...!? (it only appears as an attachement). Is there a specific way to join my picture so everybody sees it IN the mail??

Maybe the PC email client doesn't allow, or has not enabled show attachments in the body.

I agree, I don't think its anything you can manage from your end...it would depend on the settings of the receiving mail program. If I send mail from my Mac (Apple Mail) to a pc with a picture in the body of the mail, it does show up...
