Hey

Is the Plantronics M 3000 (Bluetooth), headset, compatible with Mac OS X 10.3?

Apple doesn't keep a list of compatible bluetooth headsets on their web site, but a search through their knowledge base yields some information... they don't specifically mention brands, but it seems that any true bluetooth headset would work (that's what I gather from these articles):

I've ordered the headset, I should get it tomorrow, I'll let you guys know if it works or not..

I got the headset today.. and it works perfectly...

I forgot to add this. You have to install this Bluetooth Firmware Update

After the upgrade you have to select "Headset" in the "Bluetooth Setup Assistant" application.
