Play iTunes visuals full-screen on TV?

Hi,

I have an old powerbook g3 with video-output port and have successfully connected it to my TV. However, I want to use it purely for iTunes visuals, and whenever I put it on full-screen mode, the signal to the TV is cut. Turning the visuals off restores the video signal.

Can anyone explain why this is so, and if there's anything I can do to get it to work?

thanks,
Josh

What screen mode are the two screens (your lcd and your tv) running? Splitt or mirror? Try to mirror the screens and use 800x600 (if that's not already the native resolution of your powerbook). Maybe even reduce to 640x480 if the previous didn't work. I think it's a performance related issue. I see it every now and then on conferences during the presentation, when ppl start an opengl application or a video and it kinda only shows on their own screen but not over the beamer.
