Please help - IE6 on non intel?

IE6 is only available for the Windows platform. The only other way to possibly do this is by installing DarWINE (which is an open source implementation of the Windows API for Mac OS X) and trying to get IE6 installed (to this day I haven't been successful in doing this either in DarWINE or WINE itself).

It seems as though this page needs to load an ActiveX plugin in order for the page to display. So even if you use IE 5.x for the Mac it won't work. You're going to have to use a Windows computer to access this page, unfortunately.

'I ... need to run IE6 on my Powerbook, is there a way ...' - 'Virtual PC' and 'Guest PC', to name a couple.

'... this page needs to load an ActiveX plugin ...' - at 'http://rmlsfl.mlxchange.com/Include/ErrorHandlerJS.asp' and 'http://rmlsfl.mlxchange.com/Login/SignInJS.asp' are mentions of 'new ActiveXObject("Microsoft.XMLDOM")'.

Good call on the VirtualPC/GuestPC option. I had forgotten about that. :p

Firefox, Omniweb, and a few other browsers allow you to spoof (fake) the browser ID so sites that request a particular browser – VERY bad form on the part of the web developers of that site – can be tricked into letting you in. It's pretty rare that the sites ACTUALLY need to use something SPECIFIC to that model browser. You can spoof the browser ID in Safari too if you enable the Debug menu with Tinkertool or similar.

Ah... I see it requires an ActiveX Plugin. Didn't those still work on the Mac version of IE5.x? (Which, unfortunately, DOESN'T allow spoofing).

JeffCGD, you could use some sort of spoofer like the User Agent Switcher extension for Firefox, but if an ActiveX plugin is required for the site to work on the browser then you're out of luck.

AFAIK, the Mac version of IE never worked with ActiveX plugins.
