IT SAYS THIS WHEN IT TIMES OUT ON SAFARI

Safari can’t open the page “http://www.hi5.com/default.html”. The error was: “lost network connection” (NSURLErrorDomain:-1005) Please choose Report Bug to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.

Check in System PReferences-->Network. Make sure you have the DNS nameserver entries that your ISP is supposed to give you.

Hi Its Blank What Should Be In There ??? Can You Help ??
I Have Bt Broadband

WHEN I CLICKED ON DNS PROBLEMS THIS CAME UP..

No file exists at the address “/Library/Documentation/Services/apache/dns-caveats.html”.

Did you try the link above, it worked for me while yours did not. Maybe the page is not called default.html anymore?

You need to contact your ISP and have them provide you with their DNS nameserver IP addresses. Once they give you that, put those addresses in the DNS section of the TCP/IP section of the Network settings in System Preferences.

Im having the same problem and its nothing to do with macs or os x. Its BT!!! They have blacklisted hi5.com!! no chance of it working if your on bt broadband unless they un-blacklist it.

Next alternative - myspace.com :D
