Please Help with php Alignment

Hi I'm new in this forum and new at php thats why I downloaded a template to modify it and start learning php, the problem is with the alignment I been triying to fix it really bad but I can't, under Internet explorer works great but under Safary and Firefox the header moves to the left, the words on the buttons and the pictures on the lower part do the same. I have a sample of the webpage running on my powerbook, If someone could help me fix it because I really need that. Please

The alignment is not an effect of the PHP, it's the HTML or CSS that's the problem. IE does not conform to W3C HTML/CSS specifications like Safari, Firefox and recent versions of Netscape. If you have an example to look at, I might be able to help.
