Hi there,

I have a problem with MAC OS X or with my iMac 700 no TFT the first one. So i changed the geometry in the Preference Panel "Monitor" so it fits to the end of the viewable size on the iMAC Monitor. And everytime I restart or go into power-save-mode and then back again, the screen is adjust for example to high, so I'm not able to se the Finder Menus or the Apple Icon, than I have to go again to the Preferences and adjust it again and it never will keep the settings permanent.

Would be cool if somone could help me about that.

...come up whit is to reinstall, but it´s probably a better way to do it.
I´ll try to figure it out ........
 
Did anyone ever find a solution to this?

My girlfriend's iMac is constantly changing screen geometries (back to default) every time she restarts! Very annoying.
