Post-Recovery iPod Video Blues

Not long ago, a hard drive on my OS X Mac died. I lost access to my iTunes library. (OK, I shoulda backed it up, my bad. :) Not wanting to endure the pain of reloading 5000+ songs, I found a shareware utility called iPodRip that transferred the contents of my iPod (60GB Video model) back into iTunes. This went very well.

Now, the problem: I re-synced the iPod with the newly reconstructed iTunes, and after I did this I seem to have lost access to my video files on the iPod. The Video menu doesn't show "TV Shows" like it used to...I can get to the two music videos I've got, but all my episodes of "Commander In Chief" are unavailable in the menu.

In iTunes, the video listings look totally normal...they play back like they should, they've got the little video icon next to the name, no problem. I am using v6.0.5 of iTunes, and the software on my iPod is the current 1.1.2 version. Something changed, but I don't know what...anybody got any ideas?

Thanks,
-Michael
