Power adapter cap: I lost mine.

:( The unthinkable happened: lost the clear cap that covers the power adapter. Does anyone know where you can get those (after market or part number for it)?

Those suckers should be color coded and attached to the adapter somehow.

On the side note: that is the last time someone else uses my laptop.
 
To keep hold of the caps, just make a little hole in the top with a sharp knife, thread through an elastic band with a knot at one end to stop it from slipping out of the hole i, then loop the band around the cord. Works great for me though is a little fiddly.
 
I have mine too... but I only use it every-now-and-again. It's great to keep the fuzzy lint from accumulating around the plug when I put it into my laptop bag.
 
Don't ask me why and how, but I somehow managed to heat up that cap slightly too much. Since that time it's tightly fitting to the plug but doesn't look that clear anymore. :) My iBooks cap is not yet heat-treated and that's why it is easily falling off..
However, I have no clue where to get such a cap but wait till you meet someone who has one and bide for the right moment... :D
