My I Powerbook Mac 17 inch has several issues starting up and maintaining. If it sits for hours, it may take up to 6-8 hard starts to boot into desktop. During those times, display will not turn on even though startup sound is heard, the machine will begin to sound like it is taking off,
startup will begin and crash, error code will appear on screen and crash, restart power reboot message will appear, computer will feel at times very hot and not power up at all... and after several attempts... it will eventually work as if there are no issues at all. I cannot sleep the comp as it will not come out of sleep mode.
Ive done hardware tests, reinstalled all software,
booted P Ram... etc etc. Still continues...
Ive done no damage to hard drive and mother board checks out ok...
What could this possibly be? Any ideas?
