Pre-Mac OS X's Mac OS X Server

I bought my Mac OS X Server last year before Apple came out with Mac OS X client in March. Can anyone tell me whether current version of Mac OS X Server Apple is selling now is different from the OS X Server I bought? If different, then what are the differences?
