print hp3600n ethernet from MAC computer

Hello

I have this printer hp3600n

I try to print through ethernet cable but the jobs keep in pending status, they don't get printed. However, when i send the jobs with the same MAC OS X 10.6.6 computer through the usb port instead of the ethernet cable, the jobs do get printed.

I have to say that I was able once to accomplish the printing successfully from another mac computer (os x server 10.6.4) through the ethernet cable to the same router in which the printer is plugged. However, now I cannot print from this second mac computer either.

Could you please help me with this?
Why the jobs keep in pending status?

Both mac computers have internet connection through this router.

First make sure you have the latest driver for that printer. Then while the printers is still plugged into the network find out the IP of that printer and put that IP into the address bar of your favorite browser. Use this to get into that printer and turn Bonjour On.

In my case, this is already solved.
The problem was that I was using a printer that had been set with another LAN IP. I just had to add a new printer in the System Preferences-Fax and printers
I add this new printer by using the current LAN IP of the HP3600n that I saw by printing the config page of this printer. I could print this page by using the corresponding keypad in the printer.
