Print out entire web site ?

Does anyone know of any tools that will print out an entire web site ?
that is, follow all the links, and print out each page..
(preferably to PDF)
 
I have not tried on Mac, but on Windows Adobe Acrobat gives excellent results. Actually I have used it to print also single pages, since it forces the webpage to fit onto paper. If the site has several links, it might be that resulting PDF file has more pages than needed. But you can remove extra pages.
