Hello,
This is a question from a friend, she is not able to post at this time.
Anyhow, she is running OS9 & OS10 and a newly purchased printer will only print when she is using 10.
More specifically, when trying to print in Photoshop while in OS9, the printer is not available. But it all works fine in 10 ....???
Does this make sense to anyone?
I found a help topic that stated the following, not sure if this will fix it...
"This is caused by ATM 4.6x and Suitcase 9/10s MenuFonts control panels, conflicting with one another. The way round this, is to rename the ~MenuFontcontrol panel to ~ MenuFont, add a space between the ~ and M characters. Then reboot the Mac, the problem will then go away".
Not sure what this means, any help would be great.
Thanks,
Mike
