I am trying to set up a Photosmart 3310 all-in-one but the setup breaks down at the same point. I've got a Mac Mini with Tiger.
I get to the printer setup utility and to the point where I am to install a new printer. Although the drivers for the new printer have been installed, my Mac is not seeing them. If I press on more printers, the setup utility crashes.
I've tried using Printer Setup Repair to no avail. It's almost as though the setup utility is corrupt. Is there a way to reload only the setup utility or related files?
