Has anyone gotten Printer Sharing, in particular with USB printers, working in jag? I have my printer set up and I can print fine. I turned on Printer Sharing through system prefs, and my g/f's ibook can see it acrost the network. But when she tries to print to it, she imediatly gets a "There was an error in printing" message and I don't even any recognition of a connection attempt in my logs.
I looked at what open ports my mac has open (netstat -an --inet) and I don't see any of the usual printer ports open, so I suspect that is the problem. Anyone know what step, if any, I missed in setting this up? Quite Frustrating.
P.S. I also checked the CUPS printer admin page (127.0.0.1:631), and it says the printer is up and accepting jobs.
