Twice now since installing OS X 10.4 on my iBook I have tried to print custom size pages. I have two printers and neither will print these. They print the first few lines (2-4) or the beginning of a photograph which gradually degrades into colored stripes. WHen I print the same text or image on a standard size page it comes out just fine. My printers are HP845c and 6100.
