"When printing from my mac white areas always print as a very pale blue! "
can you explain alittle more about your question???
not understanding white area

When an area of an image should be white, it prints very pale blue. As in the parts of the page you would expect the printer to leave blank because its on white paper, it prints that area pale blue!!
I cant really explain it anyother way, sorry.
Its madness!!

Hi,

I have the same problem. I think it has something to do with the fact it cannot read/translate the image's paths (to make it a the background transparant). I haven't yet tried to save the images as something different, but will do tomorrow. If I come up with a solution I'll let you know.

A little more detail would be helpful.
  • What are you printing and if these are graphic images, what is the file format?
  • What application are you printing from?
  • What make and model printer are you using?
  • Are you using any color managment/synchronization?
  • Have you calibrated your monitor's color settings?
