Printing In Tiger

I am having a lot of problems with setting up a localhost printer in Tiger. Also having problems with exporting layout to pdf from Quark 6.5. Does anyone have any tips for me? Or is there another way to print .ps or export to pdf out of Quark?
 
Any MacOS X app that can print can also generate PDF. All you have to do is to click Save as PDF... in the File/Print dialog box.
