Problem sharing printer, please help.

We have G3 running os9.1 ethernet connected to G5 osX tiger. Have Epson stylus 740 printer will print on both when connected direct but will not print when shared. Get a message "host is busy or unreachable".
Connections appear to be intact as we can file share (but only the G5 can read the G3 files as no osX loaded on G3), and also have internet on both going through hub.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I had a problem printing to my 740 after installing Tiger. I went to the following web site:

http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/...nfoType=Downloads&platform=Macintosh&x=19&y=4

and then I downloaded "epson10107.sea"

Exactly why this worked, I cannot say, but I can not access features, like head cleaning, that have not worked in many months.
