Problem with deep sleep and Jag...

Hi,

Since I upgraded to Jag on my 933MHZ Quicksilver, the system will no go into a deep sleep after a period of no activity.

The machine will slip into a "light sleep", ie the screen will darken, the disks will spin down but the fan keeps running and the mouse light stays on.

I can put the machine into a deep sleep by choosing sleep from the Apple menu or momentarily pressing the power switch.

I have turned off the palm desktop and have no remote disk mounted.

Does anyone have any insight or suggestions?

Thanks,

I don't know how Mac-savvy you are, but have you checked the option in Energy Saver to put the computer to sleep? If you have and it still doesn't work, try resetting the PRAM (restart comp, hold down Cmd-Opt-P-R until you hear startup chime 2nd time (or third time, fourth time, fifth time if you want to really clear it :)). This worked on OS 9, and probably works on 10 too.
