Problem with iWeb / MobileMe

Hi,

Just started posting a website (mainly a blog) that I designed and published via iWeb onto MobileMe.

The problem I have is, that what I see on iWeb is not what is published on MobileMe. The main problem seems to be that the relation between pictures and text is changed, so that they start to overlap. In effect, to rectify the problem I then have to start dragging photos across text to make them appear in the correct place after publishing. I have been playing around a bit with the width of the blog (without success), but my understanding is, that this should reformat automatically anyway.

So how can I insure, that the content in iWeb is exactly the same as the published content without having to go back and forth and manually guestimate the result?

Thanks for support!

Nick

PS: MacBook Pro, main browser used Firefox

Have you tried viewing the site in multiple, different browsers? Like FireFox on Windows? IE on Windows? Safari? Does it look the same across all browsers, or do some browsers render it correctly while others have the text-picture overlap problem?

Hmmmmh ... I'd rather not publish my website here, as it is private.
No offense meant!

Thanks
Nick

None taken, but without looking at the site, it's going to be really tough to tell what's wrong... kind of like trying to fix someone's car without them actually bringing the car into the shop.

Can you make a test page that exhibits those problems and provide a link to that?

Good idea ... though may take a bit of time, will post the link as soon as available ...

Thanks for your support!
