I'm setting up an eMac (OS 10.3) for multiple users, with varying levels of limitation. For the 2 users who have some limits, when I try to add apps that are allowed, suddenly the file names are grey (can't be selected), the SWOD appears, and I have to force quit System Preferences. Any help would be much appreciated! I have run Repair Permissions once.
