Problem With Youtube On Safari!? Please Help

When i open a youtube video on safari i get this message

"The page “YouTube - Bright Falls Episode 3: The prequel to Alan Wake 'Lights Out'” has content of MIME type “application/x-shockwave-flash”. Because you don’t have a plug-in installed for this MIME type, this content can’t be displayed."

I don't know what to do, could someone please tell me what i need to download to fix this
