problems importing into photoshop CS, anyone else?

often when I try to copy / paste from illustrator into PS, I get this error message:
could not import the clipboard because the speciied format is not in the edition

anyone else having this problem? it never happened in panther, only since i installed tiger.
 
I've had a similar problem. For me, it helped to trash (completely) Illustrator's prefs. Actually, I ended up reinstalling Adobe CS but that wouldn't have been necessary I believe.
 
Yeah it is a known problem, here is how to solve it:

One reader report: "After upgrading to Tiger, we could no longer copy and paste anything out of Illustrator. It turns out that "Enable Version Cue" needs to be turned on under the Illustrator->Preferences->File Handling & Clipboard.... Once you enable that, it all works again."
