Problems installing softwares...

Hello,

I am having a huge problem with my mac. First of all When I try to open flash mx it wont open anymore. I cant view flash websites on safari, only on firefox, and when i try to install any software, either flash mx, photoshop or if I try to upgrade Itunes it wont let me. The computer asks me that I need administrator level in order to install the softwares. I am the only one using this computer and I cant work at all!!!!
Who has any idea what is going on?!

I dont know what to do,
Any help please!!!!

You need to have an administrator account on the machine. If it is your own machine, then this will be your account and password, which you will have set when you were setting up the machine.

If you can't remember the administrator password for the machine, you may need to reset it by following the instructions "Resetting the original administrator account password" on this page:

Hello,
I tried that and it didnt work. I changed the password, restarted the computer and tried to install a software an nothing.
It keeps saying: The software to be installed requires administrator or higer level acces privileges.
I am the admin on this computer.
I dont understand and cant do my work
Help!!!!
