My Epson Stylus 890 printer suddenly will not print any of my older saved documents that were created in Appleworks and appear in the starting points folder on my desktop. It will print new documents made in appleworks or created in other programs. When I try to print a document from Starting Points, a message appears that I must adust the page orientation by choosing page set up from the File. When I go to page set up, I have to correct the settings by reentering format for Epson Stylus 890 and change the scale from 2970% to 100%, but these settings revert back to what they were after I click ok to save the changes and try to print the document. The document then turns blank loosing its text and the printer neither spools or attempts to print. Help! I am running OSX.2.8 on a three year old imac with 320mb and 400mhz. I have spoken to Epson tech people and they have ruled out any problem with the printer as it will print documents created in photoshop.
