problems with att&t uverse

I am having a problem with at&t uverse internet, I have a new mac pro, and I can't get the Link Aggregate part of my network to work, or just get rid of the firewall completly please help, thanks

Did you follow the steps at the AT&T U-verse site?

I don't know what they are using since I don't use them. Is this cable, dial-up or DSL? Did you launch System Preferences-Network and check that out? I ask because Macs like every other modern computer uses TCP/IP, that is not platform specific.

Please describe your setup. Include things like Mac, OS X operating system, network setup (including router, etc.).
