problems with core audio/midi

Alright, I use a Digidesign mbox2 (audio & midi interface), a Line6 toneport UX2 (audio interface), and an mAudio Uno (midi interface). Also, I use ProTools and Logic Pro 8. Until about a week ago, everything was working great. Silly me, I decided to do a couple of things at once - I upgraded to Leopard, installed the rest of Logic Studio (mainstage, soundtrack pro, etc.... I only had Logic Pro installed before), and performed a software update, upgrading Logic to 8.1 and Garageband to a new version...

Now, whenever I open Logic (or GarageBand... protools works fine), it says it has "detected a possible conflict between one or more third party audio or midi drivers." I've seen this problem on quite a few forums, and no good answers.

Based on how it happened, I think it's the update to Logic and Garageband that did it, not the leopard upgrade. Is there a way to reverse the software update? (I am using Time Machine, but unfortunately, the first backup I did was after I did this software update).
