Ok, I deleted iTunes along with 3 of the files you mentioned. I didn't have com.apple.iTunes.helper.plist but had the others. I then turned off the Airport (with no ethernet) after downloading like you suggested, but when I moved my cursor to play music, it froze again. These are the messages on the console after I force quit iTunes:
