Problems with my ATTO raid

I have a 144Gb raid over four drives which is configured with ATTO Express stripe 2.1.1 and attached to my G4 via and atto single channel ultra scsi 3 card.
I have just upgraded my machine to Panther 10.3.2 and I am getting system freezes. I did a single user start and I am getting the following error.
SPI Device Assert failed : result CONTROLLER_INIT_FAILURE file : IOSCSI ParrallelInterface Device.cpp line:117

The crashes dont happen all the time but the system seem fine when the raid is switched off. The SCSI card has the latest firmware and driver and the Raid software is the most current.

Does anyone know what the error means and can I fix this or is it a driver conflict that ATTO will need to resolve?
 
Did you try reinstalling your ATTO driver software, while logged in as root user? (specifics on THIS ATTO WEB PAGE ) If this does not provide any help, then you're likely to need help directly from ATTO
