I am a newbie hacking into MacOSX. I am trying to extract the Linux "/proc/pid/fd" equivalent on MacOSX (v10.6.2). I read about MacFUSE, but cannot use it because of licensing issues. I also played around with kern.proc et al., but no luck so far.
Is there a way we can do this or is MacOSX not transparent enough to expose such information?
