Programmer for hire?

I know this thread may be a little out of place, but I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to create an extremely small program for me using XCode.

Basically this is what I'd need:
  • A main window, occupied 100% by a box which would automatically display a pre-determined web page on launch
  • An about dialog, looking very much like any other Mac OS X app
  • A {PROGRAM} Help menuitem in a Help menu, which again would load a pre-determined web page when the window opens

If possible, I'd also love for this small program to be Universal, so that it runs natively on both PowerPC and Intel Macs.

I've tried doing this all myself, but I lack the technical expertise in this field to know what I'm doing.

I'm done with school now so I have some more free time. I'm not very proficient at Cocoa but I tend to pick up things fairly quickly. This App sounds pretty simple as well.

I'd be willing to do it for free if no one has picked it up yet.
 
It's probably better that way.

I just needed some modivation for learning Obj-C + Cocoa... I am having a hard time coming up with a neat idea.
 
Yeah, Captain Code managed to build me exactly what I needed (and it's Universal too ;)). Thanks for the offer anyway; I guess mods can lock this topic seeing as it's done.
