project builder wont launch

i know...stupid thread, but my project builder wont launch, freshly installed off the developer tools cd. the dock starts to make room for it after i double click it, then closes back up and nothing happens...anyone have this problem too, or a suggestion? thanx:)
 
i experienced that problem when i upgraded to 10.1
to fix it you have to download the new version of PB from apple dev connection
