Project Builder

I have installed the September 2001 developer tools from apple and when I double click "Project Builder" it doesn't do anything. The program doesn't open and nothing happend.

Is there anybody that know why?

I have Mac OS X.1.3 with a powermac g4 cube 450mhz 192ram

I don't know your problem, but you should be using the December Developer Tools...

I have the september tools. Do I have to buy the december one?

go to connect.apple.com and sign up for the free dev account.

I didn't know it was free. I already had an account there but I thought that we had to buy it.

No problem, be sure to grab the December Dev Tools update also.
Be prepared for a large download, it's about 220 megs.
