Project Builder?

What is Project Builder? Is it a compiler that works under OS X? Is it free? Where can I get it at?

project builder is some sort of compiler made by apple for os x. its on the develper cd that comes with os x. www.apple.com/developer

In essence, it's a nice free IDE. They give you an Interface Builder, code editor, and a graphical interface to the gcc compiler. There are some other toys, but these are the main features. Enjoy!
