Project Bulider Broken, any ideas?

So I just did a freshy install of 10.1 and the Dec. 2001 Dev Tools.

All the Dev Tools work except for one: Project Builder, the biggie.

Whenever I try to launch it, it will appear in the dock for a split second, then disappears right away.

No error messages, nothing. Just refuses to launch

Has anyone run into anything like this or know how to fix it or what the problem might be? Like I said, this is a freshy install of both the OS and the Dev Tools, and it just won't launch

Please help!

There have been several posts on this general topic. Check this one. Seems to cure the problem for most people.
