Purple PDFs...

The Lone Deranger
Whenever I look at a specific PDF file, all of the pages appear purple instead of their normal colour. What's going on here?
Thanks

Could it be Age-Related Macular Degeneration?

No, that only affects PhotoShop PSD files and roadsigns.

Are you viewing the PDFs in Preview or Adobe Reader? In Adobe Reader there are some accessibility options (ie for blind / vision impaired people) under Help -> Accessibility setup assistant. I can't see purple as an option in it, though there is green, black and blue.

I'm using Preview. All of my other PDF's look normal... and this PDF in particular looked normal on my Windows PC...

How was the pdf created? Are there any jpg images embedded in it? Was it opened in Photoshop and resaved?

Your question is hard to answer without knowing how the pdf document was created.

You could try opening the pdf in illustrator and then you'll get a better sense of its components.
