PWB 15" 1.25Ghz 512 MB upgrade

I just bought a Powerbook 15" 1.25 Ghz... with 512 MB of RAM. I'd like to replace one of the 256MB sticks by a 512MB stick.

Anyone have any good address on the net or suggestions as which one I could buy. My bro just got the new iMac 17" via Macmall.com and the free 512MB upgrade was causing huge problems :( ... so I don't want to be cheap on the buy. :D

Just a suggestion. I also just ordered a new PB, and then checked RAM prices. They are very high right now. I suggest waiting a while till they drop...you can manage a month on 512MB, right?
 
Thanks for the info.

Apple sells the 512MB DDR PC2700 for $300 :mad: while at Crucial.com it can be found for $141........ why the major difference..?? Guess we'll never know.
