Pyro Firewire Drive not visible

Has anyone had success with a Pyro Firewire enclosure with a hard drive in it?

I can't get it to mount, yet Apple's Help system has information about what to do when you want to turn one off. This seems to imply that you can get it to work.

Are there any other drivers that I'd need?

Don't worry. I've manged to get it mounted. Not sure what the problem was, thought.

My Pyro firewire enclosure worked great the first time I plugged it in, but after booting into OS9 and back into X, it's not coming up. Any advice?

My drive doesn't mount either. It's an external portable firewire drive from firewiredirect. (it has the oxford chip set
