Q: Iphoto Slideshow to Idvd

Hi, I found this Q&A while googling to find a solution to the same problem Robin describes in this Q&A session.
Infortunately, it seems to end at a the point where Robin was asked to reinstall iPhoto. So I don't know if it helped.
I had exactly the same problem today and could not find a solution.
I have iphoto 5.0.4 and iDVD 5.
I get the same error message after iphoto finishes convderting the slideshow:
'An error occured while exporting the slideshow. The export movie could not be created.'

be sure there is a "Movies" folder in your users folder.
Hard Drive/Users/your user/Movies
If you open a Finder window you should also see your Movies folder in the left hand column.
To make one if it is not there....highlight your username in the left hand column of the Finder window.
Click the "new folder" icon on the finder tool bar.
A new untitled folder will appear at the bottom of the right hand column.
Name that folder "Movies
