Qmaster error at startup

I keep getting this error whenever I start my MacBook Pro up "An item in the Startup Items folder ("Library/StartupItems?Qmaster") does not have the proper security settings" after installing Final Cut Pro HD and don't know what to do in order to fix this, can you help?

I'm suddenly getting a very similar - if not identical - message upon logging in. I just installed Motion last night so I'm guessing that that's involved. I'd also love to know how to fix it...
