Qtss Publisher Hangs

This program keeps getting stuck. I log in to the server, then it starts with the messages;

getting playlists
getting file details

and then just keeps on moving back and forward on those two messages, rarely actually getting to the point where it displays the files on the server.

I've tried over 10 times this morning, including restarts, but no success.

Any ideas?
