I have an issue with file extensions for QuarkXpress 6.5.
We save all of our files to a Windows server, but work on macs.
When we save the Quark files, they preview as the Unix files and not .qxd.
This is because they have no file extensions and are saved to a PC that doesn't recognize them due to no extension.
What can I do to get Quark to save these files with a visible file extension by default without having to manually type in the .qxd to the end of the filename myself?
I am on mac OSX 10.4.7
