Question for Admin about the donate stuff

Man, i didn't know you guys were in trouble, sounds bad. I have a (maybe stupid) question about the donating (I'm just 17 years old so it won't be a million...). I live in Netherlands, and we pay with that Euro thing (just introduced yesterday, everyone is using both Guilders and Euro's :D). Can i just fill in some Euro's on a check or something, and will it be calculated automatically to Dollars? I never donated to someone, but i don't have a cradit card or something. Sorry if i sound dump, but i would like to help...
 
I don't know about the new Euro... but in my experience, if you pay in funds other than US... then my bank charges a significant handling fee... sometimes more than the amount of the check (for small checks). If you could get your local bank to issue a "money order" in US Dollars, that would be awesome.

yeah, that IS possible, but it's quite expensive (here in Norway a money order costs about 18 US $...)
I'd reccomend getting a VISA card and a paypal account ;)
